1. Who we are
DeveloPRO LLC ("DeveloPRO", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through dardion.al. You can reach us at info@developro.al.
2. What data we collect
When you use our contact form we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and the contents of your message. Our hosting provider also processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps in server logs for security and reliability purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data you submit through the contact form to respond to your inquiry and provide the information or services you request. The legal basis is your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We process technical/server log data to keep the website secure and operational, on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Storage and retention
Contact submissions are stored in our backend database and kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers acting as processors on our behalf: • Supabase — hosting of our database, authentication and backend functions. • Email delivery providers used to send transactional notifications. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with advertising networks.
6. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other adequate safeguards provided by our processors.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; have it corrected or erased; restrict or object to its processing; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of past processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of your rights, email us at info@developro.al. We will respond within one month, as required by the GDPR.
9. Security
We protect personal data with industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, row-level security in our database, restricted administrative access and regular security reviews.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page with the updated date shown above.
